Our skilled team performs many different orthopedic procedures. We have a special interest in cranial cruciate ligament (CCL) repairs by tibial plateau leveling osteotomy (TPLO). A CCL tear is a painful condition that causes debilitating lameness and pain for your pet. The TPLO surgery corrects this by creating a curved cut into the top of the tibia and rotating this section to flatten the tibial plateau, creating dynamic stability.
We also have extensive experience in repairing bone fractures using numerous techniques including bone plates, internal fixation and intramedullary pinning. We also perform orthopedic surgeries related to the repair of luxating patella, and hip dysplasia.
